However, for larger events, we advise that you begin the planning as early as 6-10 months to enable you to secure the appropriate vendors, desired venue and allow ample time for proper planning.

Yes! The registration form can be sent to us (info@eoceventsnetwork.com) without the name(s) of the attending delegate(s). In the names section of the registration form please use “TBA” (To Be Announced). The name(s) can be provided up to 7 days prior to the event.

Yes! The marketing department of our company can help you develop effective marketing strategies to help you promote your event even to your desired audience using paid adverts, and social media marketing.

For convenience we prefer and accept credit or debit cards method of payment. However, we also accept payments through bank transfers. For payments using bank transfers, we advise that you indicate that you need a “proforma invoice” on the registration form.

Yes, you can register for conferences or events online. While you are choosing this option for personal reasons, we advise that you provide your contact details in international formats to enable our staff from the registration department to contact you to assist you with the registration fee payment immediately.

The dress code is professional for all corporate events. In most industries, professional dress means wearing a suit – slacks or skirt, button shirt, and a matching jacket. Men are to wear a tie and dress shoes. Women can wear stockings and closed-toe shoes. Suits should be in neutral colors such as grey, navy, brown, or black.

Suitable dinner wear. Suits are great for men.

Yes! You can choose to attend a conference for just one day due to your personal reasons. However, to attend the conference, you must have paid 70% of the registration fees to be eligible. But the full conference materials will be made available to you upon full payment of the registration fees.

Yes. Every presentation material is made available to participants after the conference. However, some of these materials are made available before, during, or after the conference. And for your convenience, you'll be provided with your private login details to access the conference materials provided you have completed the registration processes.

Yes. You can get access to the online documentation by contacting our registration department using (info@eoceventsnetwork.com). You're required to state your intentions very clearly in the email you are to send to them.

Every participant's details would be provided for you (as a delegate) at the conference for easy networking. The participant's list will include names of the delegates, Job titles, Companies, and Countries.

For every one of our events, we are required to charge for VAT during the registrations. However, it is reclaimable after the event. Your accountant can help with that. But for participants within Europe, you are expected to provide your VAT number on the registration forms during registration.

In cases like this, we allow you to split the two days of the conference with a colleague. You can come on the first day and allow your colleague to utilize the second day. Although this is not preferred, we do accept it. Please note that to get the full benefits of the event or conference, it's advisable that you attend both days.

Yes. For any reason, you may be missing the conference and you want to send a substitute to replace, kindly make the notice of replacement about 7 days before the conference

Vendors/Solution providers are businesses that primarily provide software solutions, and their goal in attending the conference is to meet customers or business partners who are interested in their solutions. Consultants are also in attendance with the intention of meeting new clients. Vendors, consultants, and solution providers generally go to conferences for commercial purposes! While "End Users" are conference participants who go to hear the speakers' speeches in order to acquire inspiration for their companies.

Most business organizations or companies provide money for the training of their workforce. Due to the complete irresistibility of our activities, some attendees pay out of their own money. Please take notice of the following advice before asking your employer for approval: -Find the RIGHT TIME to approach your supervisor to build a case for yourself. -Be sure you know the agenda of the event and the issues to be covered are advantageous for your career advancement. -Mention how you will learn more about a specific topic as a result of the event, your interactions with some of the major speakers, and the value of the takeaway message you will convey to the organization. -Do follow-up. -Keep reminding your supervisor. You can bring your writing materials (notebooks, phone, tablet, or laptop) to the conference. In addition, you can also come with your questions for the speakers. In our company, we make the agenda available to all participants at the conference. For your convenience, WiFi services will be made available to enable you to access the case-study presentations stress-free.

The participation fees cover the following at the two-day conference: conference materials, lunches, snacks, refreshments, and networking dinner. If not stated, the hotel and travel expenses are NOT included in the participation fees.

It is also part of our unique services to provide you with an official invitation for the application of a VISA only after FULL payment of the participation fees has been made and you require a VISA to attend our conference.
