The operator of this website ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your") are parties to this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement by accessing and using the Website and its Services. The words "User," "you," or "your" relate to the entity in question if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity and you indicate that you are authorized to bind that entity to its terms. You must not accept this Agreement and are advised to not access or use the Website or Services if you lack such authorisation or disagree with its provisions. You agree that although it is electronic and not physically signed by you, this Agreement, which regulates your use of the Website and Services, is a legal agreement between you and the Operator.


Acceptance of the policies and registration conditions


All EOC Events Network events are subject to the following registration terms and conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"). You must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions in this document before registering. You shouldn't register if you do not intend to accept the Terms & Conditions.


When you submit a registration, you are deemed to have accepted the event terms and conditions as stated in this article.


Working Status


EOC Events Network works under (EOC Enterprises) which was formed in the Czech Republic with registration number ICO 172 21 293


Payment Terms:


A formal registration and desire to attend the Conference are shown by the submission of a registration form through email, phone, or online. The registration fee must be paid in full no later than five (5) business days after the registration date. All invoices are due immediately upon receipt, and entrance to the Conference is contingent upon receipt of full payment.  EOC Events Network maintains the right to decline your attendance until payment is made.


Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy:


As soon as EOC Events Network receives a registration form that has been signed, there is a 50% cancellation responsibility for all registrations. Substitute delegates, providing adequate notice, are possible up to five (5) days prior to the event. No further fees will be required. The cancellation of participation must be sent in writing not less than ten (10) days before the conference, taking into account that EOC Events Network is paying expenditures for each registrant well in advance of the event. The attending party will get an 80 percent credit note with a 12-month expiration date that may be used for any other EOC Events Network events that take place within a year after the credit note's issue. EOC Events Network will keep the remaining 20% of the registration costs as registration processing fees.


If EOC Events Network postpones or cancels an event for any reason, the registered attendee will get a 100% credit note valid for 12 months that may be used to future EOC Events Network events taking place within a year of the day the credit note was issued. The customer will be made aware of the revised dates for the canceled event as well as any other future events.


The booking between the delegate and the organizers shall remain in effect and be subject to the cancellation policy if the event is rescheduled or postponed. If there are any modifications, the delegate will be notified within three working days of the change.


The conference schedule, the location, and the scheduling are all subject to change at any moment by EOC Events Network. The organizers shall not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by the delegate in the event that it is determined necessary, for any reason, to postpone the conference or modify the dates. If there are any modifications, the delegate will be notified within three working days of the change.


Delegates cannot hold conference organizers liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, lodging costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc. In the event that the conference/event cannot be held or is postponed due to circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers (force majeure) or due to events that are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers. If such a change occurs, the delegate will be notified within three working days of the change.


End User / Vendor Status


An employee from an end user organization or an employee from a vendor organization who is in charge of assessing, acquiring, or managing resources, goods, and/or services for their company's internal use is referred to as an end user, according to EOC Events Network events. An end user organization does not provide goods, services, or solutions related to the conference's subject matter.


According to EOC Events Network, a vendor is a member of a vendor association who is in charge of creating, distributing, advertising, selling, or maintaining goods and/or services associated with the conference's subject matter. A vendor organization provides goods, services, or solutions related to the conference's topic.


EOC Events Network has the right to modify your status at any moment, and we have ultimate discretion over whether you are an end user or a vendor.


Age requirement


To use the website and services, you must be at least 18 years old. You guarantee and signify that you are at least 18 years old by accessing the website and utilizing the services, as well as by consenting to this Agreement.


EOC Events Network, which organizes these Conferences, has the right to restrict or reject entry to any person or organization in its sole discretion. You must be at least 21 years old in order to take part.


Links to other resources


Although the Website and Services may include links to other resources (including websites, mobile apps, etc.), we do not, directly or indirectly, imply any endorsement of, sponsorship of, or connection with any such linked resource, unless expressly indicated below. There may be "affiliate links" among the website's links. This implies that the Operator will get a commission if you click on the link and buy anything. We are not liable for looking into or vetting any companies, people, or the information found in their resources, and we do not guarantee their offers. We disclaim all duty and responsibility for the conduct, statements, goods, and services of any third party. Before using any resource that you access via a link on the Website and Services, you should carefully consider the legal statements and other restrictions of use. Release and Permission to use the Company Logo or Trademark


Any speaker's or partner's firm ("the Company") by this terms and conditions automatically grants EOC Events Network permission to use its corporate logo or registered mark for website informational purposes related to EOC Events Network's business. It is agreed that EOC Events Network may use the aforementioned logo or mark to provide information about its ongoing seminars. Furthermore, it is acknowledged that EOC Events Network may make use of the aforementioned logo or mark in connection with conferences, lectures, or symposiums whether or not the Company is a sponsor of the event in question. EOC Events Network may use the Company's logo or mark for these purposes without further authorization or consent from the Company. The Company hereby absolves EOC Events Network of all liability relating to the publication or use of the logo/mark on its website. EOC Events Network will refrain from using the Company logo or mark in outgoing marketing emails or brochures. The Company acknowledges and accepts that, even after the Company's collaboration with EOC Events Network ends, there could still be published materials related to EOC Events Network in use or existing that use the Company's logo or registered mark. EOC Events Network will make every attempt to frequently replace and update any published documents.


Prohibited uses


In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services or Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet; (h) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (i) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet. The Website and Services may also include other trademarks, service marks, images, and logos that belong to third parties. You do not have any rights or licenses to copy or otherwise use any of the Operator's or third parties' trademarks by virtue of your use of the Website and Services.


Data privacy and protection:


Photos & Filming


During the conference, pictures and videos will be shot for promotional reasons. In order to avoid being filmed or recorded, attendees must notify the organizers in writing before the event.


Limitation of liability


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Operator, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Operator and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to the Operator for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.


Indemnification


You consent to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Operator, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands made against any of them due to or relating to your Content, your use of the Website and Services, or any willful mistake on your part.


Severability


All rights and limitations set forth in this Agreement may only be exercised and shall be applicable and binding insofar as they do not conflict with any laws that may be in force. They are also intended to be limited to the minimum extent necessary to avoid making this Agreement illegal, invalid, or unenforceable. Dispute resolution


This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of the Czech Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law or choice of law, and, to the extent applicable. You thus submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts situated in the Czech Republic as the only jurisdiction and venue for proceedings relating to the subject matter of this agreement. You renounce your right to a jury trial in any legal action stemming from or connected to this Agreement. This Agreement is not subject to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.


Changes and amendments


We retain the right to change this Agreement or the conditions that apply to the Website and Services at any time, with the revised Agreement taking effect when it is posted on the Website. We will update the date at the bottom of this page when we do so. After any such changes, your continued use of the website and its services will signify your agreement to them.


Acceptance of these terms


You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and that you accept all of its provisions. You consent to being legally bound by this Agreement by accessing and using the Website and its Services.
